Our hospitals

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust was formed in 1999, bringing together our four hospitals - Epsom, St Helier, Sutton and Queen Mary's Hospital for Children.

 

  • Epsom Hospital Epsom HospitalEpsom Hospital serves the southern part of the catchment area and provides an extensive range of inpatient, day and outpatient services. It has an accident and emergency service with 54,000 attendances per year and undertakes the vast majority of elective (pre-booked) operations at the Trust.
  • St Helier Hospital St Helier HospitalSt Helier Hospital is the largest site within the Trust. It has a comprehensive range of diagnostic facilities within pathology and radiology, a busy accident and emergency department that dealt with more than 79,000 attendances during 2010-11, and a range of outpatient facilities.
  • Queen Mary's Hospital for Children Queen Mary's Hospital for ChildrenQueen Mary's Hospital for Children is the Trust's dedicated children's hospital, sharing the St Helier site.
  • Sutton Hospital Sutton HospitalSutton Hospital houses a day surgery unit with dedicated theatre facilities and 32 beds. There are also departments of lithotripsy, dermatology laser care, pain management and a large ophthalmology outpatient service.
  • Other hospitals Leatherhead HospitalEpsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust also delivers services from other hospitals in the local area.
