Voluntary organisations

The following organisations provide valuable support to the Trust, and are always keen to hear from potential volunteers.

  • The Friends of Epsom Hospital The Friends of Epsom Hospital was formed in 1958 to provide amenities, equipment and voluntary services to the hospital.
  • The League of Friends for St Helier and Sutton hospitals The League of Friends is a much valued part of life at St Helier and Sutton hospitals, raising funds for their benefit and running a range of services for patients, visitors and staff.
  • Epsom Medical Equipment Fund Information about Epsom Medical Equipment Fund and what they do for the Trust.
  • WRVS Information about what the WRVS does at the Trust.
  • Radio St Helier Information about Radio St Helier and its hospital broadcasts.
  • Epsom Hospital Radio Information about Epsom Hospital Radio and its hospital broadcasts.
  • St Helier and Surrey Kidney Patients Association Information about the St Helier and Surrey Kidney Patients Association and what they do for the Trust.
  • Cancer information and support centres The Macmillan Butterfly Centre at Epsom Hospital and the Cancer Information and Support Centre at St Helier Hospital provide information and support to anyone affected by cancer, and those who are worried about the risks of cancer.
  • Disability Information Centre Epsom The Disability Information Centre Epsom (DICE) is located at Epsom Hospital and provides a free, confidential information service for people with a disability, their relatives, friends and carers, as well as health professionals and service providers.
