Once you have been referred by your GP, you can book your appointment with us.

We will be able to offer you a choice of dates for your appointment when you call us.

If you prefer to complete our online form or email us, we will get in touch with you to offer you a choice of dates. Please let us know how best to contact you when completing the form or sending an email.

  • Outpatient appointmentsAn outpatient is a patient who is not hospitalised (doesn't stay overnight) but who visits a hospital, clinic, or associated facility for diagnosis or treatment. Treatment provided in this fashion is called ambulatory care.
