To join the library, you must complete a membership form and produce your trust / student ID card or other evidence of NHS employment.
You can obtain a membership form by contacting either library or you can download one.
Once you have completed your membership form, hand it in to library staff or send it to the site which is most convenient for you to use as your base library. Addresses can be found on our contacts page.
The library staff will register you to use both libraries.
