It's business as usual across Epsom, St Helier and Sutton hospitals despite the snow that fell over the weekend.
Patients are advised that there are no cancellations - all clinics, outpatient appointments and scheduled operations are taking place as normal.
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please let us know by calling the number on your appointment letter. You can also let us know online.
Like other hospitals across the country, during times of cold weather, more and more people come through the doors of our accident and emergency (A&E) departments.
To make sure that you find the right NHS service as quickly as possible, please only come to our A&E if you genuinely need its services and are suffering a life threatening or real emergency to their health.
If you feel mildly unwell, have a cough, cold, a minor cut or other everyday ailments, you may be able to get the right care faster somewhere more appropriate, for instance from your GP, or a pharmacist.
If you are coming to hospital during the bad weather, please wrap up warm and drive carefully.
