The event (on 28 November 2011) was held to thank those individuals and organisations taking part in a local work experience scheme, arranged by the MP. 13 December 2011

A wide range of staff from Epsom, St Helier and Sutton hospitals gathered at the special evening on 28 September 2011 where they were presented with their certificates by Chief Executive Matthew Hopkins. 05 October 2011

  • Hospital staff celebrate qualifications Clinical nurse specialist in renal services, Jo Burley, who picked up her level three NVQ in managementAn awards ceremony celebrating the 84 members of Trust staff who have achieved an NVQ (national vocational qualification) this year has taken place. Staff from across our hospitals, including ward sisters, nurses and other clinical and non-clinical staff were all invited to the celebration and were presented with their award by Director of Human Resources. 12 October 2010

  • Safety first for Trust staff From left: Maggie Wiley, NVQ office manager; Nse Ekpenyong, ward manager and Paul Maskell, the Trust's lead for health and safetyEpsom and St Helier hospitals are now even safer places to be for patients and employees, as 25 staff gained a national qualification in health and safety last week. The staff, who range from midwives to assistants in the Trust's IT team, have just passed the level 3 NVQ in Operational Safety and Health. 29 May 2009
