It is important that we recognise and celebrate the teams and individuals that go the extra mile.

Our Chief Executive also recognises members of staff who go above and beyond to put the patient first with our prestigious Patient First Gold Badge. We receive a huge amount of praise and gratitude every month, which is used to nominate staff for the Patient First Gold Badge. Gold badges are presented to staff in a special ceremony each month.
