Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust supports the right of all parents to make informed choices about how they feed their baby. All Trust staff will fully support you in your decision.
We believe that breastfeeding is the healthiest way to feed your baby and we recognise the important benefits which breastfeeding provides for both you and your child. To help new mothers and mothers-to-be, we run drop-in breast feeding clinics offering support and advice.
Mothers are also offered a list of alternative breastfeeding support groups that they are welcome to attend in the local area, mostly on an informal basis: for example Yummy Mummy groups or Naturally Yours Breastfeeding Café groups.
