The Northey Suite can now offer patients who are having planned NHS surgical procedures the opportunity to be nursed in a single private en-suite bedroom, as an alternative to sharing facilities in a larger public (NHS) ward.
This scheme is not a form of private treatment and as such does not entitle the patient to special nursing or medical attention, but purely offers that extra bit of privacy in comfortable surroundings, complemented by a full à la carte menu, to help toward a speedy recovery.
