Our staff magazine STEPS

Cover image Steps

Steps is our magazine for staff and volunteers working at the Trust, named after the first letters of ST Helier, EPsom and Sutton.

It's packed with news, interviews, competitions and feedback. The magazine is an easy, convenient way of keeping up-to-speed with everything that's going on in the Trust. From rumours to raffles, discounts to diary dates, Steps has it all.

According to our results from last year's NHS Staff Survey, only 14% of staff thought the different parts of the Trust communicate effectively with each other, compared with a national average of 17%.

We are striving to improve this, and Steps is one part of the Trust's commitment to help staff and volunteers to communicate better, and be better informed.
