Join our patient and public partnership mailing list (Patient First)

Patient First heart logoPatient and Public Partnership is an umbrella for everything the organisation does with a focus on continually improving the quality of the care we provide. The aim is to ensure that staff view the services they provide from the patient and carer perspective and feel empowered to take action locally to improve services through a shared understanding of what matters to patients, their loved ones and carers.

Starting with what was known as our Patient First Programme, we have made some real and lasting changes. We want to ensure that the patient and carer voice is heard loud and clear at every opportunity: whether through working with our patient forums, visiting groups in our local communities, or simply keeping people up-to-date about what is happening at our hospitals.

As a Trust, we serve a population of more than 420,000 people and it's vital that our patients and local people can have their say and can help to shape the services we provide. By signing up to our patient and public partnership mailing list (Patient First) you will receive updates about what's happening in the Trust, be notified of events and opportunities to get involved.
