- Accommodation
Whether you're new to the NHS, or already work for us, we can help with your accommodation needs. There is accommodation available to rent on-site at St Helier hospital and also accommodation located near to both hospitals. - Annual leave
NHS staff are given a generous amount of fully paid annual holiday, depending on how long you have worked here. Under five years’ NHS services gets you 27 days. After five years’ service that rises to 29 days, and those who have worked in the NHS for 10 years or more get 33 days off (all plus public holidays). - Childcare
We offer numerous high quality childcare options, and our dedicated childcare co-ordinator will help you work out the best care solution for you and your family. - Cycle to work scheme
We run a Cycle to Work Scheme which allows staff to make tax efficient savings on bicycle purchases. The scheme allows staff to buy a bike (and accessories) and make repayments over a 12 month period as a salary sacrifice. - Discounts

Everyone joining the NHS is guaranteed a competitive salary that matches their ability and responsibilities. All of our salaries are subject to an annual increase. We are the only hospitals in Surrey to offer the London weighting high cost supplement. - Support for carers
