Shaping our culture - Your Voice, Your Values
Improving the experience our patients have of our services is one of our key objectives, and forms a central part of our mission to provide great care to every patient, every day.
We know that in order to get things right for our patients, their loved ones and carers, we also need to get things right for our staff. To help make sure we do just that, we have launched a piece of work to co-design our Trust values and behaviours with our staff. We very much want to involve patients, relatives and carers in this work, and would like to thank those of you who took the time to complete our Your Voice, Your Values survey and who came along to our In your shoes - patient and staff events on 11 and 13 September 2018.
