Patients and visitors should get in touch with the Patient Advice and Liaison Service who can help with most queries. Media enquiries of all kind should be directed to the communications department. Information under the Freedom of Information Act is available in our dedicated FoI section.

Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act came into force in January 2005. It allows anyone to ask for and request access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities.

If you can't find what you are looking for in our publication scheme you can make an FoI request.
