Events

From our regular Board meetings to our Annual Public Meeting, we host a number of events that our patients, visitors and members of the public can attend and get involved with.

Upcoming Board meetings

Board meetings are held in public at either St Helier or Epsom Hospital. You are welcome to attend the meetings and listen to the discussions that take place. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each meeting.

Please be aware that all public board meetings will be filmed and that this footage, including the questions asked, will be made available on the Trust's website. Our filming will continue to be strategically arranged so the camera is fixed on members of the Trust Board and not on any members of the public.

We will not be allowing others to film in these meetings to ensure that the confidentiality of any member of the public attending is maintained. This is inline with paragraph 111 of the Trust's Standing Orders Policy.
