MyCare St George’s, Epsom and St Helier Patient Portal
MyCare is available to patients receiving care at St George’s Hospital. From February 23 2026, it will also be available to patients at Epsom Hospital and St Helier Hospital.
MyCare is a secure online portal that helps you manage your hospital care in one place.
You can use it on your phone, computer or tablet, and it’s designed to be simple – even if you’re not confident with technology. The portal is available to all patients aged over 16.
What you can do with MyCare:
- View your appointments and appointment letters
- See many test results as soon as they’re ready
- Complete questionnaires before your visit
- View parts of your hospital health record
- Access helpful information related to your care
Some sensitive clinical information and test results may not appear online. Your care team will always contact you directly if needed.
How to register:
You do not need to do anything until your first hospital appointment is scheduled. When it is, you will automatically receive a text message inviting you to register for My Care.
You will need:
- Your NHS number
- Your date of birth
- A mobile number and email address
Logging in
Visit the MyCare login page at any time using your phone, computer, or tablet or select the link in the text message you receive.
If you forget your password or login details, the portal provides simple reset options.
Logging in via the NHS App:
- You can view some appointment information through the NHS App.
- MyCare shows more detailed information from your hospital record.

Understanding your test results:
Some results use medical terminology. If something is unclear, you can:
- Wait to discuss it at your next appointment
- Contact your care team for advice
Why information may be missing:
Some results or appointment types will not appear online. This is normal and based on clinical guidelines. Your care team will speak to you about your test results at your next appointment.
