Support if you’re not confident online

We are committed to ensuring that  everyone can benefit from MyCare, regardless of their access to technology, digital confidence, or personal circumstances.

We recognise that not all patients have access to a smartphone, computer, or the internet, and that some people may need extra support to use digital services. MyCare is designed to  complement, not replace, existing ways of accessing care, and support and paper communications remains available for patients who are unable or choose not to use online services.

To help patients, carers, and families build digital skills, access devices, or get online safely, we work alongside a range of trusted national and London-based organisations. The partners and resources below provide free or low-cost support, training, and advice to help reduce digital exclusion.
