Homebirth services have been reinstated
Now the extreme heat has passed, both London Ambulance Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service have returned to business as usual status, and our midwifery staffing at both units has stabilised, enabling Epsom and St Helier to reinstate our homebirth services.
We apologise for this short interruption, but please be reassured this decision was made to ensure we continue to provide a safe service to women booked at the trust.
