New gesh Carers Survey launched

Our Patient Experience team has launched the new gesh Carers Survey, giving carers the opportunity to share their experiences, feedback and ideas to help us improve the support we provide.

The survey has been developed following the launch of the gesh Carers Charter. During conversations about the charter, carers asked an important question: how will we know if it is making a difference?

This led to the creation of a dedicated survey, co-designed with carers, for carers. Following two workshops and ongoing conversations, we are delighted to share this new way for carers to help shape our services.

The gesh Carers Charter demonstrates our commitment to recognising and supporting carers. The survey will help us understand what is working well, identify areas for improvement and ensure carers’ voices continue to influence the care and support we provide.

Share your experience

If you are a carer, or support someone who uses our services, we would like to hear from you.

Complete the gesh Carers Survey and share your feedback to help us improve the experience of care for patients and those who support them.
