With temperatures set to plummet below freezing for the first time since last winter, St George’s, Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Group is advising people to take steps to stay warm and well.

The latest data from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) shows that scarlet fever cases continue to remain higher than we would typically see at this time of year.

Dozens of sick and injured children in Surrey and South-West London will be spending Christmas in hospital this year – but you can help make their stay just a little better.

Hundreds of knitted poppies generously donated by members of the public and NHS staff are being displayed in our hospitals, in tribute to those who have served and sacrificed.
