Elderly patients who are admitted to St Helier Hospital with a fractured hip are receiving some of the best care in the country, according to a new national report.

St Helier Hospital is now home to a Changing Places room – a fully accessible bathroom with a height-adjustable changing bench, shower, hoist and enough space for a disabled person and up to two carers.
