St George’s Hospital Charity and Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity have committed more than £60,000 to strengthen and expand volunteering
services across St George’s Hospital, Epsom Hospital, St Helier Hospital, and Queen Mary’s Hospital.
The independent regulator of health and social care in England reviewed services including urgent and emergency care, medical care, maternity and surgery, and has confirmed services at the Trust are rated ‘Good’, reflecting our safe and compassionate care.
The investment will help us respond to growing demand, with around 250 people attending the department each day, and ensure our patients receive care in a safer, more modern environment.
