The brand new state-of-the-art X-ray Department at Leatherhead Hospital has been declared officially open by the original quizmaster of University Challenge, Bamber Gascoigne.

The founder of an Epsom-based charity has successfully completed a 60k cycle, raising £510 to help fund hampers full of essentials (and a few treats) for people going home from hospital over the Christmas period.
