A senior nurse at St Helier Hospital has been honoured with the Chief Executive’s Award of Excellence in recognition of her exceptional leadership and compassion. 

The British Medical Association (BMA) has confirmed that junior doctors will be taking industrial action for 48 hours between Wednesday 6 and Friday 8 April. Our hospitals and staff are likely to be very busy during this 48-hour period, and as always, we are asking people to only come to our A&E departments in an emergency.
