GP liaison office
The GP Liaison Officer is a dedicated role to support integrated working partnerships between primary care colleagues and the Trust. GP Practices can obtain up-to-date information and assistance on a wide range of our services via GP liaison communications, meetings, telephone or dedicated GP email address.
Feedback from General Practices to the GP Liaison Officer is both welcomed and encouraged either by email, telephone or as a Quality Alert. You can contact the Trust’s GP Liaison Officer, Carole Cooper, between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday on 07917 721490 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is also a GP bypass telephone number 020 8296 3456 which is operated by the Trust’s switchboard team and acts as a portal for GPs to obtain a swift response when contacting the Trust.
