Mental Health

Your ‘mental health’ refers to your social, emotional, and psychological well-being. While all mental health conditions have biological links (meaning physical processes take place in the body that results in these feelings or experiences), they are categorised and treated differently than physical health conditions. Unfortunately, mental health conditions are heavily stigmatised and sometimes not taken as seriously as physical health conditions. If you are struggling with any mental health condition, the resources in this section should help you find support, guidance and treatment.
