Finding solace together: join our Bereavement Café
Losing a loved one is one of life's most profound and challenging experiences. The journey through grief is often tumultuous, marked by a whirlwind of emotions that can leave us feeling lost and alone. If you've recently lost someone close to you, you may be grappling with feelings of confusion, sadness, anger, shock, and depression all at once. Navigating this landscape of grief can be overwhelming, but you don't have to go through it alone.
Introducing our Bereavement Café—an oasis of understanding and support for those who are grieving.
At the Bereavement Café, you'll find a community of individuals who have experienced loss firsthand and understand the unique challenges you're facing. Here, amidst compassionate souls who share your journey, you'll have the opportunity to open up about your feelings, memories, and struggles in a safe and nurturing environment.
Unlike traditional counseling sessions, our Bereavement Café isn't about fixing or solving your grief. Instead, it's a space for connection, healing, and mutual support. It's a place where you can share your story, honour your loved one's memory, and find solace in the company of others who truly understand.
We invite you to join us on the first Friday of every month from 2.30 pm to 4 pm. Whether you've recently experienced a loss or are still navigating the complexities of grief, you'll find warmth, acceptance, and understanding at our Bereavement Café.

Remember, you are not alone in your grief. Together, we can find comfort, strength, and healing as we walk this path of remembrance and renewal. Join us at the Bereavement Café, where hearts meet in shared understanding and support.
