LEEP Training

Leading through Education to Excellent Patient Care (LEEP) training is a cross-disciplinary and multi-professional programme which aims to promote leadership development and collaborative working across the healthcare system. It provides a multi-dimensional approach to development over the course of four modules. These focus on three perspectives: developing as an individual, developing your network and developing system literacy:

• LEEP 1 - Principles of Leadership and Developing as a Leader
• LEEP 2 - Developing Teams and Networks
• LEEP 3 - Quality Improvement and Change Management
• LEEP 4 - Systems Leadership
