Locally Employed Doctors
Locally Employed Doctors are the fastest-growing cohort within the NHS, and they provide essential workforce stability with their diverse experience and skills. They are a major asset to our Trust and play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care. We have prepared this paper to show our commitment to our Locally Employed Doctors by explaining the possible career pathways. We also hope that the paper will help the wider Trust workforce to understand of roles of LEDs and their career progression alternatives better.
